Professor Frank Rosenblatt received a B.A. in 1950 and a Ph.D.in 1956 from Cornell University. From 1955 to 1959 he served as director of the Cognitive Systems Section at the Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory where he did much of his research with models of brain function and neural networks.
